Stewards may not be the lords of Creation that the Lawgivers are, but they are certainly immune to its hazards. This Charm enhances the Directional Mastery Techniques, permanently reducing their activation cost by 1 mote for each Directional Mastery Charm they know. Attaining Essence 6 reduces the cost by a further 1 mote, so a Lunar knowing all five Directional Mastery Charms and possessing Essence 6 would spend no motes to activate any or all of them.

One Man Legion

The Emperor Ox Expansion allows a Lunar donning his spirit shape to become a great beast that rivals an army. This Charm permits a Lunar's war form to achieve similar feats. By spending a point of Willpower when taking the war form, the Lunar grows to the size of a warstrider, gaining the ability to use warstrider-scale weapons as though their Strength requirements were halved, and moving at greater speeds. The Lunar is also capable of engaging in mass combat as a unit with Magnitude equal to his Essence. When taking the form of the One Man Legion, the Lunar also increases his Strength, Dexterity and Stamina by 1 dot each, with no other Attribute or statistic changes.

Marshalling the energies for the One Man Legion is time-consuming - the shapeshifting action is five long ticks instead of five ticks, and even Knacks which render shapeshifting reflexive/instantaneous only reduce the time to one long tick.

Quicksilver Tyrant Style

A precursor to the Immaculate Water Dragon Style, Quicksilver Tyrant strives to emulate the sinuous and powerful movements of river dragons.

Flowing Water Defense => Basic Instinct Defense
The moonsilver tyrant rampages wildly through his foes, forsaking proper form for the sheer thrill of motion and violence. His foes are hard-pressed to strike him, even though his reckless flourishes impair his own chances at victory.

Rippling Water Strike => Army-Shaking Prowess
The quicksilver beast deals in power, and his strikes radiate from their targets like massive explosions, disconcerting and disorienting the fellows of the luckless victim.

Drowning In Blood Technique => Merciless Bestial Blow
His attacks fall like avalanches and strike like thunderbolts - those wounded by the quicksilver tyrant have the very fabric of their bodies mangled by his brutality.

Shrugging Water Dragon Escape => Feral Deliverance
Caging the quicksilver beast only strengthens his desire to be free of his bonds.

Water Dragon Form => Quicksilver Tyrant Form
Taking the aspect of the quicksilver tyrant, the martial artist's body reshapes minutely to match his anima and his mastery. When his transformation completes, his skin takes on the faint gleam of moonlight reflecting off rippling water, and his eyes glow with the light of a Lunar god-beast. His flesh becomes proof against lesser blows, and even the greatest damage may be survived with the application of Essence. In tune with his feral soul, the martial artists rends and destroys like the monster he was meant to be.

This is just his personal panoply - Arsenal 5 and Legendary Wealth allow him to afford much, much more than this, but he's trying to live and fight without excessive ostentation. Most of his resources go back into supporting his dominion, various investments managed by Sayoko, funding the Crimson Devil Brigade, and supporting the families of his subordinates killed during Operation Wyldhand.

Also, Razen did not originally possess his high-value Arsenal, Panoply and Wealth; they were managed by Kiyu and passed into his custody on her death. He takes no pleasure in his great assets, but he has to manage them carefully, since they are, in a way, all that he has left of her.
