The Double Dragon
Officially names the Twin Coil Dragon Casino, but rechristened the Double Dragon by word-of-mouth to the point of most people in the gambling districts not knowing it by any other name.
Owned by one Mr. Tin, whose loyalties have been known to shift with the wind. Tin was leaned on by the then-recently appeared Lightning Sages, which lead to a violent conflict with The Sapphire Dawn Triad by way of its´ scion Metal Shrike Ji and about ten thousand bullets. The place has been repaired since it was shot apart.
