Claudius will almost always wear a flashy hat with many-coloured feathers which has the added effect of always drawing attention, something which makes him a great distraction. He also wears an amulet hewn from a gemstone, inside he keeps a picture of his beloved who he can never see again.

Let Chance Decide
Whenever you have a difficult decision, you can choose to let chance decide. When you let chance decide, there’s a 50-50 chance of it going either way. For example: Heads you live, tails I kill you. Red I skip town, black I stay. Odd I take the drugs, even I shoot the seller. Whatever chance decides, you can choose to fight against it or go with the flow. If you fight against it, you’re now on the downside. If you go with the flow, you’re now on top of the world.
When you’re on top of the world, take +1 ongoing. When you’re on the downside, take -1 ongoing.
Lady Luck
At the start of every session, or when there is some downtime, roll +Charm. On a 10+, luck is on your side, you earn 1-profit from gambling, you’re on top of the world and the MC holds 2 over you. On a 7-9, either you’re on top of the world and the MC holds 3 over you, or you’re on the downside and the MC holds nothing over you. On a miss, you’re on the downside and the MC holds 2 on you.
The MC can spend their hold at any time to force you to let chance decide.
