The Library/Skills
The game features a consolidated list of skills, and also uses a different conversion ratio for Power Points: skill points. This is to encourage investment in skills, with the rules as written they're a poor investment compared to super powers, even when it doesn't necessarily make sense for the character concept.
Conversion ratio: 1PP = 2 skill points.
