The structure containing the number is the megaron, which is designed identically to the other citadels on the island.  The room with four pillars and open roof is the throne room/audience hall.  The rest of the palace rooms are overdone with lavish furnishings.  Most of the decorating was supervised by Queen Jocestis and her oldest son Sylveius.  Each of the member of the royal court have private rooms nearby reflecting their personal tastes.
