Editing User:StarHawk/Wild West Werewolf/Merits and Flaws

Characters for the werewolf are allowed by the book 10 flaw points and 10 merit points. My rule is you can have only 7 points of flaws, and they may only be equaled out by merits. I am not allowing buying bonus freebie points for flaws. Merits cost freebie points as per the book. Below is a complete list of merits and flaws, also included are the ones prohibited but will be marked as such. Storyteller permission is for '''''ALL''''' merits and or flaws. Just because a merit/flaw is prohibited does not mean one can not take it, one just needs more explanation of why it should be allowed. Also because it is prohibited to the characters does not mean non-player characters abide by the same rules.
* All Merits or Flaws may only be taken ''once'' and are not stackable with other merits or flaws.
