Dictionary Definitions[edit]

Uhm... could you please not turn RPGnet's wiki into a Wikipedia? I think we all know what a GM is, what the d20 system is, et multiple cetera. -_-; Almafeta 14:00, 7 May 2005 (PDT)

What's the harm?[edit]

Why not? It's not like it's hurting anything.

Seconded[edit]

I'll second the motion that it doesn't hurt anything. Plus, if people come looking for good explanations of what an RPG is, we should be a good place to explain it. I just don't want it taking up too much "header space" in the major pages -- but that doesn't seem to be a problem so far.

Thanks, Argyle![edit]

I, too, don't mind if this is the Wikipedia for RPGs.

And thanks, Argyle - I appreciate your tidying up my very first attempts at meddling with a wiki, and moving the free-copying note. That was cool of you. I'll never malign your socks again.  ;)

You're Welcome[edit]

Heh. You are most welcome. That's at least half the point of having a wiki, after all!

Okay, I give up. How do I get an automatic timestamp and stuff? -- Timestamp-free Argyle

No Clue...[edit]

I stole Almafeta's and edited. I'm sneaky that way.

This is How![edit]

You have to put in four tildes, one right after the other, with no spaces. The software intercepts it and automatically includes the correct code. F'rex: Almafeta 08:57, 15 May 2005 (PDT)
Generally, you want to use headings for new discussions, not between every line. nn; Almafeta 08:57, 15 May 2005 (PDT)
