− | This feind of the lower pits consists of a humanoid torso on an enourmous scorpion body. It has a poison stinger, 2 crablike claws and the torso emerges where the head would be on the scorpion. The torso has 2 arms and the shaggyhead of of a goat with 2 horns. Its mouth resides in the middle of the humanoid torso and is large enough to swallow a forearm.

− | For Battle, these feinds carry a bronze breastplate and a trident. Allthough feirsome they suffer from a few weaknesses. They love to fight , and will toy with or prolong battle if not pressed, using the trident to disarm, or even grappling and eating their playmates alive if their mouth is not covered by the breastplate. For the same reason they will spook and scare adventurers instead of attacking from behind. They prefer to climb and prefer to attack from a wall or ceiling even at an unnaturally fast move 4 when climbing. It's favorite ploy is to parry-catch enemies hands in a powerfull scorpion claw, and crush it,
