This thirteen member metahuman organization is an official unit of the United States military.

Connecticut

Nathan Hale: Born Christopher Wilson, he has since changed his name legally to 'Nathan Hale'. Hale is incredibly fast and has the ability to render himself or another invisible to most of the EM Spectrum.

Delaware

Lady Liberty: Danielle Rand. Rand is the leader of the Patriot Squad, representing the First State to ratify the Constitution. She possesses enhanced strength and durability as well as the ability to fly.

Georgia

Cherokee Rose: Wendy Gorell. Gorell projects figures that she believes are the spirits of the dead. These figures are able to attack, defend, and manipulate the world around them and appear as hazy, humanoid shapes.

New Hampshire

The Mountain: Harry Patterson. The Mountain can alter his size to a height of 40 feet or down to slightly under a foot.

North Carolina

The Cardinal: Mary Danvers. The Cardinal can generate and manipulate a luminous, red energy from her hands. This 'Redforce' carries great concussive power when it impacts, and is also able to take on a more solid state, blocking projectiles.

Maryland

Skipjack: Sarah Coulson. Skipjack can teleport through glowing portals. In a pinch, these portals can also be 'closed' and serve as offensive weapons, much like discus.

Massachusetts

The Engineer: Patrick Stockton. Stockton possesses a brilliant mind and incredible scientific knowledge. His gadgets help him in the action-oriented situations that he can find himself in, and he has begun to explore using his brilliance in less 'meta-centric' areas.

New Jersey

The Gardener: William Dunlop. The Gardener I able to control the growth and mobility of plant life.

New York

Everyman: Marcus Wellbrook. Marcus is able to mimic the appearance of any other person he has met, and is even able to copy the powers of his teammates.

Pennsylvania

Keystone: Alexander Simmons. Keystone can manipulate earth and rocks, he has demonstrated the ability to also create animate figures of dirt and stone that he can control.

Rhode Island

Tidewater: Elizabeth Greenfield. Tidewater's form is composed of a fluid that she can shape into different forms, elongating her limbs or varying her density. She is also able to control water around her.

South Carolina

The Grey Ghost: Samuel Reynolds. Reynolds can turn into an intangible, smoky, form. He is also a skilled swordsman and has been working on honing his skills into a sword fighting style to take advantage of abilities.

Virginia

Cavalier: John Westing. The Cavalier is able to project force fields of varying sizes and shapes These fields can also be moved by him, allowing him to fly among other things.
