Real name Samuel Rogers of Cornwall. Metahuman with the ability to create robot armies from mechanical parts. Attempted to conquer the world via robot army during the London Olympics in 2012, the act that made the existence of metahumans common knowledge. He is presently imprisoned in the United Kingdom.
Stalker[edit]
This unknown individual has been following Vanished's mother, despite the fact that all evidence to his identity has been systematically removed to protect his family from his work with Torchwood. The individual has been driving a rented car. The contact name on file with the rental company is Heather Quill, but the veracity of that name is unconfirmed.
