The player characters represent a joint taskforce of personnel from UNET and Project: Torchwood.

==Dr. Alex Russell==
*Real Name: Alexandra Russell
*Description: A beautiful woman, with perfectly symmetrical and idealized features and an Australian accent. Close observers may notice that her features are improbably perfect, almost as if all flaws were removed from a previous form.
*Known Meta Abilities: Dr. Russell has demonstrated greatly enhanced strength and durability. Her new robotic body renders her immune to metabolic hazards as well as eliminating her need for food and sleep. When in the field, she wields a directed energy weapon of her own design. This gun is capable of both lethal and nonlethal firing with a range of 160 yards.

==Half-Life==
*Real Name: Guillaume Berger
*Description: A gentleman thief, Gil is always well dressed and elegant of manner. As Half-Life he wears a vertically divided, half gold and half black mask.
*Known Meta Abilities: Half-Life is able to induce a rapid decay in non-living matter with a touch, up 50000kg. He has a good deal of finesse with this power, allowing for fine control of what exactly will be decayed in this manner. He is also protected by an entropic field, allowing him to avoid attacks with ease.

==Peregrine==
*Real Name: Gabriel [SURNAME CLASSIFIED BY UNET]
*Description: Looks every bit the American soldier, apart from the bangs of his brown hair, which have been allowed to grow long out of his otherwise "high and tight" government-issued haircut.
*Known Meta Abilities: Peregrine is able to reach great speeds. Either on the ground or in the air, he has been clocked in at a top speed of 800 mph. The XFH-Mk.42 'Peregrine' harness that he wears is armoured for defense as well allowing for offensive operations -the 'feathers' on the wings of the harness are able to retract, allowing for the wing struts to be used as hand to hand combat implements. Peregrine is very competent in their use.

==Rabbit==
*Real Name: Robert Maddox
*Known Meta Abilities: None. However, Rabbit has evidenced a remarkable ability to take advantage of seemingly random occurrences, allowing for him to lead what appears to be a charmed life.

==Vanished==
*Real Name: David Moss
*Description: Small and slightly frail without armor. Usually wears white Kevlar body armor and a hooded black death's head mask. Despite his apparent fragility Moss is extremely fit and was an alternate for the British 2012 Olympic shooting team.
*Known Meta Abilities: Vanished is able to change his state to an intangible, semi-transparent form. While in this state, he is able to phase his way through physical objects as well as reach speeds up to 50 mph. He is restricted, however, in that he needs to be grasping a pistol in order to enter into this state. David Moss is an exceptional shot with his pistols.
