Even now, in late Fall, that the main armies of the Crab and Crane have been forced to retreat, small skirmishing forces still remain in the field. Winter is approaching, and with it a certain end to the fighting, but the Emperor intends to make sure this conflict does not resume in the coming spring. Too much is at stake: the Wall, croplands, obedience to Imperial decrees. <br>
