Appearance
Wisp looks like a teenage girl with long beautiful blond hair, clear blue eyes and pleasant features. She's always dressed in an apron and maid's clothing, and is usually seen running one errand or another for Elias. Beneath the dress of hers though she hides several throwing knives.
Background
Wisp belongs to Elias, and follows him around where ever he goes. He claims she was constructed by his mad scientist father as a personal maid. He doesn't say why he bothered taking her along when he fled Everchill, but quite probably its because he's a lazy bastard who can't live without anyone dotting on him and doing all his boring chores.

Wisp is a servant construct, not a combat construct. With that said, she's an unnervingly good shot whenever she throws something.
Motivation
As an emotionless construct, Wisp lacks any real motivation. It is programming that makes her follow her master around.
