Geographical Development

Without a codified geography it is nearly impossible to weave a setting. To that end, it is up to the community to create one. One of the cardinal rules of fantasy is to create places that are familiar enough for the players to relate, but different enough to be fantastic in some way. To that end, one proposal is to create a similar number of continents in the world of Wisrtum as on Earth: plus one wildcard continent. Then make those continents climatologicaly similar to real Earth counterparts, with individually reminiscent but fundamentally different physical geographies. The over-all nature of the continents will of-corse, be spiced with elements of the fantastic. This is fantasy after all. For more specific information, see Proposal 1.
