==Bio==

Isabella "Izzy" Morgan was no stranger to the fights that took place between costumed fights on the isle of Manhattan. People can adapt to anything, but to Izzy it always felt like something special, this sort of thing didn't really happen with this kind of regularity anywhere else on Earth so how could you not cape-chase at least a little, right? And her favorite, her absolute favorite, was Spider-Man. For one, the cops hated him and the editorials that Jameson clown put out were clearly total BS which Izzy's punk sensibilities certainly vibed with. Spidey helped out the little people, too! He wasn't too big for the small crimes, the stuff that happened to the average person kicked down by life. Also he was Queens' own, just like the Ramones. It's a good pedigree. Izzy had always been angry at what the world did to people but couldn't do anything about it.

On a day unlike any other after hearing of a confrontation with Spidey and somebody else, Izzy found herself at the site of a battle between Spider-Man and one of his greatest foes, the monster called Venom. Izzy steered clear of getting too close - Spider-Man was, you know, busy and she didn't want to add to his stress - but it was wild and over the top and involved Spidey doing something with a bar's sound system to lay Venom out by making his goopy costume go all liquid. After Venom was taken away and Spidey - Isabella never even talked to him, which she still regrets to this day because the time they talked Did Not Go Well - Izzy couldn't help herself and just had to get a souvenir. Maybe a piece of some webbing or something. The one she found was not the one she expected, and it didn't come from Spider-Man.

A piece of the black goop that Venom wore, was Venom question mark, was just dripping down a debris and then had just stopped, like it couldn't make up its mind to finish the job. Curiosity overriding common sense Izzy put her hand under it and as if waiting for a cue, the goop fell into her palm and everything changed.

Izzy woke up two days later, her room trashed and window broken like she'd been on some horrific bender and weirdest of all, maybe worst of all, was a voice in her head. It explained a weird lineage that Izzy doesn't really get. Spider-Man finding its patriarch on some... other planet and then Spidey rejecting it and then going to Venom - guy named Eddie Brock - and that it was a symbiote and could do so much for Izzy. Izzy wanted to fight back? That was great, the symbiote said. Super. Powers Xeroxed off Spider-Man and then enhanced by Venom were hers, and all it needed from Izzy was for her to fight. The symbiote's sustenance was emotions of its host, and Izzy felt very strongly. Now it's in her head wanting her to fight, to get mad, just stoking the furnace and when she gives in Izzy isn't sure where she begins and the symbiote ends. The powers are great but Izzy's not sure about the cost.
