If the attack hits and deals at least one point of damage, then the target is thrown back a number of metres equal to your wind trigram. Also, everyone within (Wind Trigram) metres of the target is buffetted by a strong wind and loses the benefits of any stance he is in until the start of your next turn. This strong wind has no real effect on human-sized characters, but is enough to blow aside flames, displace shallow water, scatter debris and blow away birds and vermin.
