Zachary Hart was a field reporter and war corespondent from the U-War, he was well recognized a daring and innovative journalist, getting reports from every side, in seemingly impossible ways (behind enemy lines, interviews with most wanted Independent Leaders, etc.). He eventually broke ranks with the state run media and reported about alleged atrocities conducted by Alliance forces on Shadow and elsewhere. Since then he has maintained a lack-luster career reporting mostly on riots in the Blackout Regions of Londinium. He's been "re-enlisted" with a small stipend by the Federated Press to report on growing hostilities.
