The famous Beorn is the leader of the Beornings. Still becoming accustomed to the rigours of leadership, he often takes advice from his thanes, including [[Zed_Reiginar|Reiginar], and his friends Irimë and Radagast. After the events of 2946, he forms the Beornsvagers, also known as his 'rangers' to provide advance notice of threats to his land and its people.
