Christa is a Pyrokinetic, essentially. Currently, her power manifests as a blue flame (alternately dark or light) that surrounds her head and neck. She has yet to gain much control, if any - it manifests when she's stressed. She can also send a blast of that fire from her eyes, and the fire itself protects her from harm - mostly against other fire, but also in general - but only where it manifests.

Zoe feeds on heat, the most common form of radiant energy. To this end, she is immune to all heat effects-- whether it's Arizona sunshine or a plasma torch, she just sucks the energy right up, unconsciously.

She can also suck the heat out of things actively, and uses that energy to heal herself. If she does it to a person, they get massive (and dangerous) cases of frostbite. She can also do it (presently) to objects that are putting out heat, such as fires, or car engines. The lack of heat that she creates will stop any combustion reactions, reduce the temperature sharply in the area around her, and heal her with the absorbed energy.
