Brian's Condo

Brian owns a condo on the 4th and 5th floors of a restored c. 1890 Victorian in the Dupont Circle district of Washington, D.C.

Cathedral-style ceiling heights range from 9 to 22 feet and skylights everywhere bring in extensive natural light.

The open kitchen (with breakfast bar) has honed granite counters, a garbage disposal, a stainless Subzero refrigerator and a Fischer Paykell two-drawer dishwasher.

At 2,000 square feet, the condo features premium finishes throughout, including all maple flooring and granite countertops, ledges and fireplace surround.

The condo has in-wall speakers in the living room, kitchen, master bath and master bedroom; central air conditioning; a security alarm; multiple phone lines and high-speed internet access.

The condo's two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor, up these stairs. A half-bath is located in a nook off of the kitchen.

The terrace has space enough for relaxing and entertaining, and is uncovered to allow Brian easy departure.
