Background[edit]
Minh has been living on the streets in Bangkok for as long as she can remember. Forced to fend for herself, she was lured to an underground fighting tournament with the promise of food, and turned out to be a martial arts prodigy - she was soon able to fight and beat grown men. The triad that controlled the underground tournament planned on making her an enforcer, but one day a mysterious challenger fought and defeated her.
The challenger arranged for Minh to escape to the US and enrol in Claymore High, but strangely, Minh can't remember any details about the person. However, she did find a note promising that, if she proved herself at Claymore, they would reveal themselves to her.
