Arden: There's another lesson to be learned. I'm more stubborn than you are.
Joshua: About some things, yes. I tend to be more of a manipulative stubborn and you tend to be a more straightforward stubborn.
Arden: Which is a better kind of person.
Joshua: I wasn't talking about a better type of person.
Arden: I am.

Oh, please. A pissing contest? Here? Now?

Nika: There is no better. Just different.
Joshua: (to Arden) See?
Arden: I much prefer the honesty of the stubborn stubborn.

UNSANSWERED QUESTIONS

1. What sort of bioweapon did the Feds unleash on Pericles Station?
2. Is it possible it was unleashed by the Independents?
   1. If so, why did they leave their people behind in such a state?
   2. Or are the people on the station the entirety of the survivors of the Independent forces who took back the station?
3. If the people on the station are not the victors but victims of an Alliance victory, why hasn't the Alliance moved in, taken them prisoner (or executed them), and set up shop on Pericles?
   1. Are they waiting for the bioweapon to dissipate or go inert?
   2. Are they waiting for the people aboard to starve and die?
4. The Alliance ship an AU out—what is it doing there?
   1. Are they observing the station?
   2. Or are they, like Pericles, in the grip of the bioweapon and the people there also rendered helpless?
5. What was Arden's beef with the access tunnels/tubes?
   1. Was it the rumor that odd stuff happened in them?
   2. Was it the risk it might hold pockets of Pax? If so, why fear it? He's immune.
6. Who is Mason?
   1. Which side of the conflict was he on?
   2. Why does he think he cannot rejoin his side?
   3. What caused him to stay behind to care for the people on Pericles?
   4. Why did he stay behind when the crew offered to take him off Pericles?
