Majestic in his evil, the eunuch Fang-Head Wu exhibited limitless kung fu and monstrous political acumen. Entering the imperial palace a castrated nonentity, he rose to rule the Emperor himself!

• Bonus: at least once during the game, if you decend from Fang-Head Wu, the Game Master will encourage you to involve yourself in some new evil - you'll have the chance to hook up with or take advantage of some unpleasant power bloc developing somewhere in Shen Zhou. Doing so is unwise. Whether you're a nasty sort yourself or a hero who thinks you can use unpleasant things for virtuous ends, it'll burn you in the end. The player can turn down the opportunity if, in the player's mind, accepting directly contradicts the character concept. Otherwise, you accept, and, on acceptance, receive a bonus of 3 Destiny.

• Bonus: once during the game, if you decend from Fang-Head Wu, the Game Master will encourage you to involve yourself in some new evil. This works exactly like the above option, except - just this once - it does work out for you. If you're ruthless, it opens a doorway to unlimited power. If you're a hero, it helps significantly more than it hurts, possibly giving you a better chance to oppose that evil later.
