Maladren was the smallest of her litter, her family, her tribe, her line, and her species. She is another import from Satnak's realm of origin. One of the many members of the Nightmare faction seeking the Knightmare Prince. She is the first, and so far only to find him. Failing to convince him to return with her, and lacking the power to force him, she has struck a deal: She keeps any other seekers away from Tirmek d'Tharmis, in exchange for safe haven on the FF.
