Background[edit]

Life was tough as a child in a small Empire village, especially so when your Doomsayer falls over dead inside the tent. Although no one blamed Goran for the death, some looked upon him as "Cursed" or "Tainted". He took his Apprenticeship in the village of Arnbach shortly thereafter and considers himself a local, as to distance himself from that day. As long as no questions are asked of him of his former home (and especially of his Dooming!) he is a friendly and polite man given to somewhat manic tendencies when it comes to his crafts: Carpentry and Candlemaking. The village of Arnbach is never at need for light sources as their resident Craftsman frequently makes extra product to put lights up outside at night to "ward off dark spirits!" Shortly after Goran joined the Militia (about a year ago) he constructed "Light Poles" like one would see in the larger towns and villages that he placed special thick-wicked, slow-burning candles within that are light and doused by the village's lone Watchman and his friend, Dieter Sterlinger on his evening rounds of the village.

Goran enjoys his status as a Tradesman and is an enthusiastic member of the Militia. All the much more important now that the war with the Ruinous Powers is lingering, is his duty to the village and the Militia. He very much likes the passion and martial spirit of the Priestess of Sigmar - Sister Gyselher and knows both of her brothers, Stefan and Arne who have worked as his Laborers from time to time and Arne serves in the Militia with him. He respects the Dwarf warrioress Gella, as anyone with half a brain should in his mind having heard of her fighting ability and had witnessed her fighting just recently against some bandit rabble that came into the village square and caused trouble. He would have thought there were three of her for the beating she gave them. He's neutral in his opinion of Adam as he seems somewhat directionless except when he's in the graves or following Sister Erika around at a distance. He is quite sure that Adam's taken with her, but sees no reason to call attention to it. He was hoping to
