Han Zhang
Han Zhang was a decorated independent infantryman in the first UWar and spent time working in the orbital defense of Athens until the second UWar. He rejoined the Independent forces as an officer in the strategy command. As a colonel, he was one of the leaders of the ground invasion on Boros, and was later military governor of the planet during its occupation. When hostilities ended, he was overlooked for a position in the PDF, some thought because of his Georgian ties. He was recruited to administer the defenses of the planet Kerry, which was mostly unprotected before then. He managed to secure a force to secure the peace.
