Appearance: A short-haired genki-girl, a little athletic-looking despite herself. Her blue-green hair is cut short, and sort of swept out at the sides.
Contract: Seika contracted because it was a chance to have all the thrill of her video games in real life – and, indeed, to make a positive difference with them, instead of just messing around with no real benefit to anyone. She wants to be a hero.
Wish: To save the day and beat the final boss!

Magical Power: 'Achievement Unlocked.' At various milestones, a little image will pop up near Seika with a cheery jingle, giving a name to what she's done and describing what she's accomplished. Sometimes, this registers as part of a chain of achievements, and the name and requirements for the next one will appear greyed-out next to it, which can sometimes give her hints as to what to do.
Magical Effects: Genre Shift (Magic Shield – an attack changes form into some kind of video game much easier to deal with); Critical Hit (Magic Strike)
Magical Weapon: An enchanted game control pad, which hovers beside her when not in use. Attacks fire from it in the form of energy bolts or video game weapons.
Costume: A deep blue bodysuit, with black and silver strategically-placed armor plates, including a few serving as a sort of skirt. She wears a visor that gives a constant heads-up display of what she's seeing.
