Real Name: Reed Richards

Capsule: Reed Richards is Earth's most brilliant scientist, an incomparable genius in physics, electronics, and engineering. About ten years ago, he built an experimental spaceship capable of interestellar travel. On an unauthorized space flight, Richards and his crew were mutated by cosmic rays and acquired superhuman powers. Richards gained the power to stretch and contort his body into any shape.

At Reed's urging, the mutated crew pledged to use their abilities for the betterment of mankind. Thus was born the world-famous Fantastic Four, one of Earth's most respected and experienced superhuman teams, exploring reality and beyond. Reed Richards remains the Fantastic Four's leader and driving force to this day, his scientific expertise almost eclipsing his superhumanly malleable body.

Notes: Unlike DC's Plastic Man, Reed's shapeshifting powers doesn't usually allow him to mimic functional machines and animals, grow spikes, etc. I chose to represent it with the Morph power instead of Shapeshift.

He does have some tricks he regularly uses, though. Becoming a parachute, a bouncing ball, flowing through minute openings, etc. Those are represented by his Alternate Powers. More unusual uses of his power should require Power Stunts.
