Each PC chooses a birth month. Any skill mentioned below recieves a flat bonus if Common, and opens a skill if advanced for 10% or adds to an open skill. If a 5% bonus is received for an unopened advanced skill, the PC may spend 5% of free % to open it, or lose the bonus. It can be used during experience later, to reduce the cost of opening said skill.
