Tsokokh hiFadhnoi

Tosokh hiFadhnoi of the Black Mountain clan is archivist at the Temple of Ksarul, Tumissa and is nine parts daft. He spends most of his days sleeping in his office in the corner of the scriptorium and only moves for services - one of the less pleasant jobs his apprentices have to perform is emptying the old gent's chamber pot. On the plus side he is so short sighted he can't tell if a scroll has neat calligraphy or not and only forces his workers to redo pieces once a week or so out of principle.
