Walk of a Thousand Caltrops

The Walk of a Thousand Caltrops is a mild hazing ritual performed by some gaming groups and clubs. The senior members of the club scatter dice on the floor (most especially d4s, but any die is fair game) and require the newly-joining member to walk a path across them in bare or stocking feet. Using Gamescience/Zocchi dice is generally considered bad form, as their razor-sharp points and edges can draw blood when the full weight of a human body is placed on them.
