Zuthau hiTlekku

Zuthau is a rich aristocrat with a taste for the strange. He is probably of high circle in the Ksarul temple (the usual secrecy applies), but who knows how he got there as his magical theories are regarded as dangerous nonsense by other sorcerers. He is patron of the Cartographers of the Luminous Pylon and provides much of their money. He lives on the top floor of a apartment block near the Foreign Quarter in Tumissa, where he conducts his bizarre orgies and has his collection of unhinged other-planar art. The Dark Fear clan has always produced eccentrics and Zuthau is tolerated by most of his clan sibs.
