Appearance[edit]
Adjutant Steve is a pretty unremarkable looking dude that tends to fade into the background when no one is paying attention to him. He usually wears an expressionless face and whatever silly henchman suit his particular employer demands of employees. On his days off he wears hawaii shirts.
Powers[edit]
Adjutant Steve is a professional and highly competent minion. His area of expertise stretches all from second in command to your common street thug. Fact is that he's supernaturally competent at all things gooning. Someone gives him orders, and he gets things done, be it brewing coffee or assassinating presidents. His only weakness seems to be that he completely lacks personal initiative. If someone doesn't give him an order to, he won't do it. Actually, he probably can't even do it without an order, he's just that kind of guy. Also, he has majored in Chtehean Sciences, whatever that means.
(Basically, Steve got an enormous amount of power points spent in the power "probability control", but it's flawed with the limitation "Only when my boss tells me to". He also quite probably got a variable that lets him switch around his skills, explaining why he can be everything from gourmand cook to a stealth assassin)
Weaknesses[edit]
Adjutant Steve is a professional minion. He isn't evil, he just punches the clock when his boss tells him to. Thus he isn't really dangerous unless his boss tells him to.
