Allen Woolfson

Allen Woolfson is skeevy. He's also slimy. He's a walking sexual harassment lawsuit waiting to happen, and his offices regularly get picketed by feminists, bible thumpers and Republicans. (There are usually Democrats in there, too, but they're less obvious about it.)

He's the owner of Cry Woolf Entertainment, an adult entertainment corporation. It handles adult films, barely (or un) dressed models for show floors and special events, and is rumored to own several brothels in Santa Francis, though no one's been able to prove anything.

He's good friends with the Rulet family, and somehow managed to get himself elected to the Santa Francis Supervisors.

Well, it's maybe not so difficult to understand. Yes, he's slimy and skeevy. He's every bit as horrible a person as you've heard. But he will not lie. If he tells you he'll pay you a thousand dollars, you can actually go to many banks and get a loan based on that statement.

He follows through on his political promises, too. He's been re-elected twice.
