Born and raised in the heartland of Maryland, USA, He was hired by a scientist to work as a technician on a new research project. He was thrilled to get the job. Hmm, this machine doesn't look much like an electron microscope. He scribbled a few notes, and did what he was told, like a good technician.

Unfortunately, there was a little accident.

Okay, maybe he was a little clumsy. Yes, it was unfortunate that the machine was totally ruined when he knocked it off the shelf; but it never should have been put up there so sloppily. Who was the technician in charge of setting it up? Oops! Never mind ...

He leaned over to pick up the pieces, when the damn thing exploded. He woke up to see the scientist yelling at him. He was not going to take this anymore and reached up to grab him, and somehow lashed out with a flash of blue light. The scientist was knocked to the lab floor. He had superpowers! Now he was going to teach that overbearing scientist a lesson he'd never forget, unless he killed him, of course.

The scientist smiled, and his eyes began to glow. What the ...?! He did not know that the man he had been working for was really the notorious Supervillain Neutron. Not again! When he awoke, Neutron gave him an ultimatum - join him or else. He wasn't very partial to "or else", and he figured that he could go to pieces with Neutron, so he chose the "join" option. Neutron smiled sinisterly and named his new minion Arc. A perfect lackey in the road to conquest.

Arc has found that he enjoys being Neutrons most faithful servant and one of the most effective combatants in the Conquerors. Arc is the perfect lapdog for Neutron. Strong and clueless, he will follow orders blindly, do whatever Neutron wants, accept anything that Neutron says in his verbal tirades. Arc is not an evil person. If he had any self-esteem at all, he would be the leader, but he has a very low opinion of himself, which (to him) justifies Neutrons treatment of him.

Arc is 5'9" tall and weighs 155 lbs.
