The trio of black-clad characters with red arm bands standing around with their arms on their backs says nothing - being distinct shadows in the background, blurred by perspective. Their leader, in the foreground, closes his open hand into a fist and then opens it again. He is obviously the person who has killed the driver.
CLOSE-UP: the lower part of his face - delicate, pale, disinterestedly cruel and oddly beautiful. His voice, as he speaks, is nearly drained of motion:
"This is tiresome. You should see, by now - we can reach you everywhere we want to. We can hurt you any time we want to. The Black Crane... it has nothing for you."

Ashes of time is an extremely powerful warrior - in ZHB Episode 4, he fought both Thrice-Radiant Ping and Iron Seraph at once, causing them both grievous wounds with his mysterious kung fu before being forced to retreat from battle through a Ping-dealt wound that would have killed a lesser man.
He seems withdrawn, distanced and - to be frank - bored out of his mind by anything else than a fierce battle or his lord, the Black Crow King.
