Hannah[edit]
17-year-old Hannah is the youngest in her family, with two older brothers who are currently away at college. Her dad's a moderately prosperous fisherman, owning one boat and co-owning two more. Mom's a teacher at the high school. They have a house on Clearwater drive near the northernmost of the two harbors (which, for reasons no one knows, is named South Harbor. The other one's Liberty Harbor).
Hannah's always been a tomboy, roughhousing with her brothers from an early age. She joined the school's field hockey team because the soccer team doesn't give you clubs. Contrary to the usual stereotype, she isn't afraid of girling it up when the occasion calls for it. She's a barely adequate student with a C-average.
Hannah can be brash and tactless, but she generally means well and doesn't want to hurt anybody. She has a huge crush on Tom Ryan, a senior on the track team.
