Frederico is a old Kindred who has just recently started reintegrating with modern society thanks to Mitzi's help, tying them together. He's a valuable source of information and favors, but it always comes with a cost - and he doesn't work cheap. For Mitzi though... well, she's a good kid. She gets the Familla discount. He's also the current head of the Ordo Dracul and a necromancer by trade. He has a polite gentleman veneer and a disdain for technology, but if you dig deep enough you'll find the secret sadist beneath who enjoys experimenting on helpless subjects. He has a extremely large well-fortified and secured house on St. Charles Avenue, which also contains his laboratory and a makeshift morgue for the storage of dead bodies.
