A blonde cunning serpent of a man, ordinarily the rake-thin pale marquis wouldn't pose a problem to the Planetary Governess, but he's the eldest son of the world's original ruler who fell to Chaos, and even with that stained pedigree he commands the loyalty of at least half the feudal lords that sit upon the planetary council. He isn't someone easy to be rid of, especially without the disapperance being noticed, and he has authority over a number of mortals who have stepped into the Domain of Heroes - all enlisted in his private army.
