Bloodhound

The Runner know as Bloodhound is originally from Washington DC, born in the early '30s. A career military man, Echo planned on doing his twenty as an Military Policemen and then use that experience to join the FBI or a private security firm. He had a good life, had a loving wife and was raising a daughter.

He was overseas on assignment, when it all went wrong. He was told that his family had died in a hit and run, and that there was no other information. After his wife's funeral, he went AWOL, hoping to uncover what had happen and find some clue to the whereabouts of his daughter, presumed dead but no trace of had been found. Solving crimes was what he did, and he refused to let this one go, it was to personal. As it turned out, the truth was far more than had been reported. A highly ranked officer had run into the family car while tanked on alcohol and at least three designer drugs. Since this officer was involved with military contracts with certain megacorp weapon suppliers, it was cleaned up and any findings were sealed. It was a great cover up, but not enough to stop Bloodhound and a very well paid hacker from getting to the truth.

When the dust settled, the officer had been murdered, very messily, along with his security team. Bloodhound was on the run, wanted for deserting his post, murder and treason. The megacorp didn't care since they could always buy another friend in the military. Since North America in general felt way to hot, Bloodhound went to Europe, where he went into the business of revenge.

If you felt you had been wrong, Bloodhound would uncover the truth, if you wanted justice, he would track them down. Closure cost extra.
