Background[edit]
Born in Moscow, Soviet Union. Came to the USA in 1992 after the Soviet collapse. Father Pyotr Shcherbakov, Russian scientist (nuclear physics), moved with family to New York, applied to many jobs, but ended up working as a cab driver. School records show teachers praising his intelligence, but he never caught up in the school work and dropped out in High-school, starting to work as a courier short after. In 1998 Boris’ sister Natasha Shcherbakov was raped by an Ivan Yakolev, a small-time criminal with ties to organized crimes, who was arrested and released on bail. Records state that Boris signed up as a Bail Enforcement Agent two days later.
Career[edit]
Boris Shcherbakov has worked as a bail enforcement agent since 1998, having brought over 300 bail jumpers to court over a 12 year long career. He has also conducted several citizen’s arrests, most notably of Ivan Yakolev who had one month earlier broken out from prison where he served time for involvement in an armed robbery. Boris is recorded to have travelled to Roanapur two times in 2008, and three times in 2009, each time bringing back a bounty. In early 2010 he left for Roanapour for a sixth time, this time with no pronounced target. He has not returned to the USA since.
Distinguishers[edit]
Often operates with a KS 23M shotgun/grenade launcher, a Russian anti-riot weapon. He has been known to use flashbangs and gas grenades with it. Prefers american muscle cars and SUVs.
