Character Information[edit]

Backstory[edit]

What good is a broken sword?

That was the question that the young woman called Six Broken Promises (which was an unfair name) was asked as she stood again one of the terrible and beautiful servant of the Creators. Such beings wandered creation from time to time, playing with humanity as they would. And this one had decides to slaughter everyone in the small village where this woman lived, and, it was looking likely, would die.

She held a broken sword, snapped about half way along its length, bleeding from many lacerations, one of her eyes taken, facing the inhuman monster.

It made an offer, beg for her life, and desecrate the dead, and it would be amused and would let her live.

She made a counter suggestion, involving large objects and small orifices.

The servant was not impressed and charged her.

With a kick she sent the broken half of her blade spinning into the air, catching it, she blocked the servants claws with the broken blade, and holding the razor sharp tip in her unprotected fingers, she drove the blade into the throat of the servant.

This was not the point at which the Unconquered Sun would chose her.

That would happen two years later, when she stood against several such servants, who had tracked her down, to kill her for her presumption for inconveniencing one of their fellows. When she laughed at them, and threw herself at them, a small blade in each hand, made from the remains of the sword that had broken years earlier.

That is the use of a broken sword.

She is called the Bride of the Sword, or Sword Bride, sometimes Lover of the Broken Blade, but that might be an insult to one of her lovers....

Beautiful, deadly, her missing eye now replaced by an orb crafted by Authcthon himself. She is a master of summoning items from Elsewhere, and switches between weapons and armour with but a thought, giving her a flexibility in combat that is nearly unmatched.
