Bu Gao Lan
Bu Gao Lan (lit. Bulletin Board) is one of the Verse wide cortex message boards. Because the servers can be accessed from anywhere and do not give out Cortex ID numbers, the Bu Gao Lan can be used to have relatively anonymous if not secret communication. Many of the syndicates and less savory characters use the boards for this purpose, but also a considerable amount of legitimate traffic goes through there.
