Kelm Ormandi, a middle aged man who is the second highest ranking official at the keep. He is professional and off-standing to most, but seen as completely impartial and fair in dealings because of it.

He is the only priest in town of sufficient power to work miracles (cast magic), and will cast spells for a 100 gp/level basis.
