Cyllian:Effort, Influence, and Dominion
Effort[edit]
Effort must be spent for Godbound to use their powers. That effort is committed until for the time indicated in the power description. It cannot be spent on any other power while committed. It may immediately be spent on other powers once recovered.
Additionally, Godbound may commit Effort for the remainder of the day in order to call upon a divine miracle.
All Effort is recovered the dawn of each day.
Influence[edit]
Influence can be used for the Godbound to temporarily change background situations through their gifts and powers. Influence is longer term than Effort, but is still temporary. The effect only lasts as long as the Godbound maintains their Influence on the situation.
Dominion[edit]
Dominion can be spent permanently in order to make permanent changes on reality. Godbound gain Dominion be doing great deeds and also through gathering followers. The worship of those followers creates Dominion that the Godbound can spend. Importantly, Godbound can only rise in power by spending Dominion. The Godbound must use enact permanent change in the world in order to advance in power. Those who fail to do this stagnate in power.
