What You Know[edit]
DataHeart is a large independent market research agency that focuses on data collection and advanced automated analytics. It formed when a group of researchers formally affiliated with the University of Toronto and Ryerson University joined forces with project management teams from various global firms. A number of individuals involved in this are among the Fallen with connections to the Wise. It is an Agency but the research lab affiliated with it (The Human Motivation Institute) is rumoured to be a Mage backed group.
The focus of the company is on public policy and public opinion, with a side of general behavioural tracking for private companies. The focus of the Agency is not known, and while it makes use of subcontractors it also makes use of various methods to maintain trade secrets.
Known Agents[edit]
It is unclear how much permanent staff is among the Fallen vs. actually in the business of data collection and analysis.
A known stigmatic (Lara Zyphon) is the EVP of Qualitative Research and key organizer of interviews and communication with those outside of the agencies, under the guise of business to business interviews and focus groups.

- That the Mages involved in the Human Motivation Institute are defectors, former Seers of the Throne who stole the next generation of Upgrade deployment Infrastructure for human societies
- That the company itself is a Demon that pulled off an impressive and bizarre angel-jacking for reasons unknown
- The proprietary analytic software of the company runs on still connected Infrastructure, but encrypted from the God-Machine for now
