Counsel's Assistant
The Counsel's Assistants are paralegals working under the Foundation's Senior Counsel. They are responsible for keeping track of Survivor-related laws, researching older, relevant cases for use in legal proceedings and filing briefs for the Counsel. Should litigation arise, they are the advance team, filing initial movements and contacting and preparing potential witnesses.
