As a fishermen, the man did not attract too must attention, but what set him apart was that he was also one of the best martial artist in all the land, and the government was looking to start a new terror squad, he was the first recruited.
At first he enjoyed working for the government, most of his country was below the poverty line, and he was able to send most of his earnings back to help his family. That came to end when he found that his family had been moved some six weeks before "for the good of the state". He tried to find them, but it was no use. They would have written him and told him of the move.
He did some research on his own and found the truth, they did not like the way the state was using their son, and where silenced. The Dragon Master thought of striking back right that moment, but knew that his attack could not succeed on its own, he left for America and a new life. He now leads a triad crime syndicate. His hope is to build up enough money and power to return to his homeland and get the revenge that his soul longs for.
