Malé-Dee replaced Lexi Dio as Uyter's Senator after her assassination during the Clone Wars, many believing that he would be a more reserved and pliable politician. His friendship with Sarasto Tharion III and his change in hairstyle upon donning Senatorial robes -- which symbolizes peace within the Republic -- speaks otherwise.

A hard-line supporter of the Galactic Republic, and a very influential man, despite his old age and failing health. He maintains a regal bearing, and spends almost all of his time at Yir Tangee's City of Monuments, the seat of the planetary government.

The black sheep of the family, never able to live up to his father's hopes, but a sly fellow in his own right. He has created numerous alliances with offworld trading companies and business, developing an increasing sophistication in Yir Tangee's Droid parts manufacturing and various machining companies specializing in tools, which has expanded the planet's traditionally food-related industry.

A jealous and ineffectual business man, who never followed in his father's and brother's footsteps within planetary government.

An elegant, genuine, and friendly woman, seemingly the power behind Sarasto II's business ventures. Daemorra is known for her warmth and compassion, and vehemently opposes violence, for much of her extended family perished early in the Clone Wars and the unrest preceding them.
