- Twilight Anima Effect uses the alternate rules from Glories of the Most High
- Characters are created with a total of 65BP.
- The essence is raised at points defined by the storyteller and cannot be raised with BP or XP.
- Essence starts at 3 instead of 2.
- All Excellencies of your Exalt type that you qualify for are free, as are:
- Solars
- (Ability) Essence Flow
- Infinite (Ability) Mastery
- Lunars
- Instinctive (Attribute) Unity
- Sidereals
- Propitious (Ability) Alignment
- Fateful (Ability) Excellency
- Dragon-Blooded
- Terrestrial (Ability) Reinforcement
- Solars
- Characters with Occult as caste or favored ability get two free spells together with initiation.
- After initiation, spells are purchased as if they were charms.
- The piercing tag is removed from the melee weapons that have them.
- You have a number of free Ox-Body Techniques equal to your Resistance.
- Excellencies may be placed in Combos for free.
- Eclipse caste Solars with Essence 6+ may create charms for other types of Essence-wielders.
- Such charms are considered native to the type in question.
- If the charm being created has prerequisite charms, they must have the assistance of someone for whom said prerequisite charms are native charms.
- Adding a Charm to a Combo costs only the Ability minimum of the Charm in question. However, this removes access to the pre-existing Combo.
- All characters get two free Combos, with the restriction that neither can have more than ten non-Excellency charms.
- Where applicable, XP costs are as per Solars.
- Loom 2.0 is in effect for all Sidereals.
- Prismatic Arrangement of Creation Style uses Jon Chung's rewrite.
- Charms from the Hundredfold Facets of Enlightenment and the Perfect Lotus e-books are allowed.
